Your agency ID
Paste your website or your Hostfully booking-site address and HostCloser finds your agency. It is also in Hostfully’s Agency Settings.

In Hostfully, click your name, open Agency Settings and copy the API key. Your homes come across in about a minute.
One line on your site
Add the HostCloser line to your website or the header of your Hostfully booking site. HostCloser confirms when it sees it.
Switch it on
Turn on the chat, then follow-ups and campaigns when you are ready.
No API Key in your Agency Settings? Hostfully includes API access on its Premium plan and can switch it on for other plans. Ask Hostfully support to enable it; HostCloser’s setup page gives you the message to send.

Is HostCloser made by Hostfully?
No. HostCloser is an independent product by AAMP LLC. It connects to your Hostfully account through Hostfully’s API, with your permission, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hostfully.
What does HostCloser change in my Hostfully account?
Nothing by default. It only reads. Creating inquiries in Hostfully is a separate switch that stays off until you turn it on, and HostCloser never edits homes, rates, calendars or settings.
Which Hostfully plan do I need?
One with API access. Hostfully includes it on its Premium plan and can switch it on for other plans. If your Agency Settings show no API key, ask Hostfully support to enable API access; the setup page gives you a message to send.
Do guests still book through Hostfully?
Yes. The chat and emails send guests to your own Hostfully booking site and checkout, so payments, deposits, agreements and confirmations work exactly as they do today.
How fast do changes in Hostfully show up?
Your homes and rooms sync every night and changed homes every hour. Prices and availability are checked live each time a guest asks and before each email goes out.
Will it email my Airbnb or Vrbo guests?
No. Follow-ups go only to guests who asked on your website and agreed to hear from you, and campaigns only to guests who booked on your own site or asked for emails.
Can I connect more than one Hostfully agency?
Each HostCloser account connects one Hostfully agency. Managing several brands? Each gets its own account, and one login can switch between them.
